Microsoft 365 & Azure Services for Cloud Migration, Management, and Adoption

You’re paying enterprise prices for Microsoft 365 and using maybe 20% of it. Or you know Azure could do what you need, but the pricing calculator looks like a NASA console. Either way, you’re paying for cloud tools you don’t even know you have.

Kelley Create handles the full Microsoft cloud. Migration to Microsoft 365, Azure infrastructure, license optimization, security, and the training that turns subscriptions into actual productivity. One partner. One point of contact. One bill that finally makes sense.

Microsoft 365 Was Deployed. Then What?

Microsoft 365 was deployed. Then what. Teams is being used as a chat app. OneDrive is largely ignored. SharePoint has fifteen sites and nobody knows which one is current. Security defaults are still on. Conditional access is partially configured. Azure costs have crept up quarter over quarter without anyone scoping why. The license investment is real. The value extraction is a question mark.

The right partner doesn’t sell you more E5 licenses. They configure the tenant for how the business actually works, secure it against actual threats, and tune Azure to actual usage. That’s us.

What Are Microsoft 365 and Azure?

Microsoft 365 and Azure get bundled together because they’re both Microsoft cloud, but they do different jobs. Microsoft 365 is what your team opens every day: Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and roughly two dozen hidden gem tools nobody told them about. Azure is the infrastructure side: servers, storage, databases, virtual desktops, disaster recovery, all of it running in Microsoft’s cloud instead of a closet in your office.

Kelley Create handles both. Migration, configuration, license optimization, security, training, and the ongoing management that keeps everything working together.

We handle migration approach (cutover, batched, hybrid, or IMAP from Gmail), license selection, security configuration, SharePoint and Teams setup, change management, and the training that gets people using what you bought. Includes Microsoft 365 Copilot integration as an easy add-on across the apps your team already uses, once you decide it’s worth the per-user cost.

Common Challenges Microsoft 365 and Azure Solve

Most of the Microsoft cloud problems we see come down to the same handful of issues.

    20% utilization of Microsoft 365.
You bought the Enterprise license. Your team uses Outlook, Word, and Teams. Power Automate, Power BI, Planner, Forms, Bookings, and SharePoint are sitting there unused, on the same bill.

    Email attachment chaos.
The same Word doc bounces around as v2, v3, v3_final, v3_FINAL_revised. OneDrive and SharePoint exist for exactly this. Nobody set them up.

    Half-finished migrations.
Some mailboxes in the cloud, some on-prem. Nobody’s sure which is which. The intern who started the project left in March.

    Azure complexity and surprise bills.
Hundreds of services and a pricing calculator that looks like air traffic control. An engineer spun up a VM in October and forgot about it. November’s invoice arrives. Somebody has to explain it to finance.

    Compliance scramble.
HIPAA audit next quarter. Your file server is in a back office. Your encryption strategy is “we have passwords.”

    License waste.
Audit reveals you’re paying for 13 unused E5 licenses, three duplicate accounts for the same person, and a Visio subscription nobody has touched in two years.

How Kelley Create Delivers Microsoft 365 and Azure

Four phases. Understand the current state, design what fits, migrate without breaking things, then optimize and support.

    Assess

We audit what you have (licenses, tenants, on-prem servers, what’s actually being used). You get a clear picture of where the waste is, what the migration path looks like, and what it would cost to do right.

    Design

We design the M365 and Azure environment around how your business operates. License optimization. Security baseline. Identity setup. Tenant configuration. Azure architecture sized to actual workloads, not theoretical capacity.

    Deploy and Test

Mailboxes, files, SharePoint, Teams, Azure workloads, identity. Phased to minimize disruption. We handle the migration mechanics, the data integrity checks, and the cutover communication so nobody loses email mid-Tuesday.

    Drill and Optimize

Training that gets your team actually using what you’re paying for. Quarterly license reviews so you stop paying for accounts nobody uses. Azure cost optimization so November’s bill matches October’s. Ongoing managed services for security, identity, and platform health.

What’s Included in Our Microsoft 365 Services

Every engagement scopes to your business. The components below are standard across our Microsoft 365 and Azure service.

One partner. One point of contact. Everything Microsoft cloud, handled.

    these components are standard

    • Email, files, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure workloads migrated from on-prem, Google Workspace, or other Microsoft tenants. Cutover, batched, or hybrid based on what fits.

    Local Cloud Expertise, National Reach

Microsoft cloud done well needs a partner who knows both your business and the platform.

Local. Regional cloud specialists who know your industry and your environment. On-site for migration cutovers and adoption work. People who answer the phone, not a ticket queue.

National. Multi-location migrations coordinated across sites with consistent identity, security, and adoption standards. We’ve done this across our Kelley Create multi-state locations ourselves.

Same Microsoft expertise and dedicated service team behind both. Local relationships. Enterprise muscle.

Why Partners Choose Kelley Create for Microsoft 365 and Azure

Microsoft 365 and Azure specialists who live in the platform.

Not generalist consultants who learned Azure last week. The architect designing your tenant has done it dozens of times. The migration lead knows where the bodies are buried. Subject matter experts who spend their careers on Microsoft.

Migrations that don’t lose data or trust.

Hundreds of mailboxes moved. Files preserved. Permissions intact. Cutover communications that make people feel informed instead of blindsided.

License optimization that pays for the engagement.

Most clients save more on license right-sizing in the first quarter than they spent on our engagement. The audit alone often pays for itself.

Security done as a first-class deliverable.

Conditional access, MFA, Defender, retention, data loss prevention. Configured to baselines that satisfy common compliance frameworks instead of being an afterthought.

    Adoption that actually happens.

Role-specific training, ongoing reinforcement, and adoption tracking. The difference between paying for Microsoft 365 and using Microsoft 365.

    Azure cost discipline.

Tagging strategy, reserved instances where they fit, automated shutdown policies for non-production, cost alerts. November’s bill matches October’s because somebody’s watching.

Vendor-neutral honesty. Sometimes the right answer isn’t more Microsoft. We tell you when Google Workspace

Who Microsoft 365 and Azure Services Are For

    Businesses paying for Microsoft 365…

but barely using SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, or the rest of the platform. License waste in the 20-40% range is common.

Organizations facing a server hardware refresh…

where Azure infrastructure is a real alternative to six-figure on-prem replacement quotes.

    Companies needing better security…

and compliance than the default Microsoft 365 setup provides. HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, financial regulations.

    Multi-location operations…

with inconsistent Microsoft 365 across sites and identity that doesn’t follow people between offices.

    Businesses with half-finished migrations…

from previous attempts. Some mailboxes in the cloud, some on-prem, nobody knows which is which.

Companies ready for Microsoft 365 Copilot…

but unsure where to start. Often the best path is fixing M365 fundamentals first, then layering Copilot on a clean foundation.

Ready to Actually Use What You Already Pay For?

Microsoft 365 and Azure are massive platforms. Most businesses use a fraction of what they’re paying for and miss most of what would help. We come in, audit what’s there, show you the waste, design what fits, migrate without breaking anything, and stick around to make sure adoption happens.

Free assessment, no obligation. We’ll show you the license waste, the security gaps, the Azure cost optimization, and the productivity tools your team didn’t know they had. If you take the findings elsewhere, that’s a legitimate outcome.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    • How long does a Microsoft 365 migration take?

Depends on size and source. A 50-user migration from another email platform typically completes in 2-4 weeks including cutover communication. A 500-user enterprise migration with SharePoint and hybrid identity will run longer. We give realistic timelines during assessment, not best-case scenarios.
