Kelley Acquires Two Northwest Imaging Dealers
Kelley Create is excited to announce that we are continuing to expand our footprint and solutions portfolio in the Pacific Northwest with two strategic acquisitions. Cascade Architectural & Engineering Supplies Co. Inc., with offices in Portland and Seattle became a part of Kelley as of January 1, 2016; and as of March 1, 2016, Spokane based Empire Office Machines joined the Kelley team.
Cascade Architectural and Engineering Supplies (CAES) has had a significant presence in the Pacific Northwest for over 40 years. CAES is a leading provider of Wide Format Document Solutions for the architectural, engineering, construction and graphics industries. Their product line includes Canon and Hewlett Packard. Cascade is one of the few companies nationally authorized to sell and service the new HP PageWide solutions, which are revolutionizing the Wide Format marketplace. In addition, CAES has a full service Reprographics shop in Seattle that has provided print and finishing services for many of the area’s largest and most demanding clients.
Empire Office Machines is a Kyocera dealer and has an outstanding reputation in the Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho market place with offices in Spokane and Clarkston, Washington. Existing clients of Empire Office Machines will now have access to Kelley’s wide array of products and services to boost their business processes. This also expands our service territory to Kelley’s existing clients and offers them a more robust portfolio of office technology solutions.
With these acquisitions, customers of both Kelley and the newly acquired organizations will now have access to a more complete selection of products and services, provided by a company with local investments in the community.
