Kelley Create Adds Signa Digital Solutions to Its Growing Technology Lineup
The acquisition brings expanded resources, deeper solutions, and continued trusted service to Signa’s customer base.
Kelley Create has acquired Signa Digital Solutions, Inc., a San Diego-based office technology dealer known for its strong customer relationships, service expertise, and trusted manufacturer partnerships. With over 38 office locations and a service reach that spans the country, Kelley Create is bringing Signa customers the strength of a larger partner without losing the local expertise and relationships they value.
Founded, owned, and operated by Shannon and Michele Kirby, Signa Digital Solutions has built a strong reputation in the office technology industry since the Kirby’s purchased Digital Solutions in January 2007 and began reshaping the business around sales excellence and service strength. Shannon provided overall sales and operational leadership, while Michele managed human resources and payroll. Under their leadership, Signa consistently achieved Canon quota and became recognized as one of San Diego’s premier office technology businesses.
“We’re excited to welcome Signa Digital Solutions into the Kelley Create family,” said Aric Manion, President and CEO of Kelley Create. “Shannon, Michele, and their team have built a business with deep customer relationships, strong manufacturer partnerships, and a reputation that speaks for itself. That kind of foundation fits exactly with how we think about growth: people first, service always, and better outcomes for the businesses we support.”
Signa Digital Solutions served as a full-line Canon dealer of digital copiers, printers, and multifunction devices, as well as an HP and Samsung dealer supporting customers across San Diego and Los Angeles. Shannon Kirby also previously served on Canon’s Dealer Council and is well known throughout Canon and the broader office technology industry for his leadership and expertise.
For Signa customers, the experience remains grounded in the relationships and service they already trust. What grows is the depth behind it: expanded cloud and IT services, security and automation solutions, and print and mail offerings, all backed by a company with more than 38 office locations and a service reach that spans the country. The acquisition reflects Kelley Create’s continued commitment to helping businesses simplify the work behind the work with practical technology solutions and people who know how to support them.
Bottom line: Signa customers gain a bigger bench, broader solutions, and the same commitment to doing business the right way.
