Kelley Create and CORE Business Services Announce Strategic Merger
Kent, WA — Kelley Create (formerly Kelley Imaging Systems), an award-winning office technology provider and CORE Business Services (CORE), one of Oregon’s award-winning managed service providers announced their strategic merger. The fusion of these two world-class technology solution providers creates a formidable alliance which will greatly benefit customers.
For over 10 years, CORE has provided tailor-made technology solutions to businesses of all sizes. Since its inception in 1974, Kelley has developed a broad suite of IT solutions that address common business challenges like cost-effective purchasing, streamlining business processes, protecting critical-data, managing printer fleets, and lowering distribution costs. Kelley Create is a single source provider for all of your office automation needs: Document Management Solutions, Copiers, MFPs, Wide Format Printers, Managed IT and Print Services and Mail and Distribution Solutions. While Kelley Create is one of the largest independent dealers on the West Coast, Kelley and CORE both share a commitment to service and customer care that can only be provided by a local company.
Merging the two companies together will help them expand into the untapped markets in Oregon and Montana while providing their customers with additional IT services, along with the ability for CORE to bring many of the Kelley Create provided solutions to their clients and provide a single technology partner option for both customer bases. CORE also gives Kelley Create a platform to expand its IT Services business throughout the Pacific Northwest. Kelley Create and CORE’s IT delivery teams are expected to grow and will join forces, effectively creating a dream team assembled of 35 top-notch employees.
“We are excited to join the Kelley Create family! Understanding the speed at which technology avenues are evolving, it has always been imperative to me that we have the right resources in place to provide our clients best-in-class technology, service and scalability. The synergies that come with the combination of our two companies will enable us to deliver that exceptional service to our clients far into the future,” said Scott Anderson, President of CORE.
This acquisition marks another significant commitment by Kelley Create to provide all customers with affordable access to business technology products and services, innovative programs, flexible systems and strong guarantees to ensure their offices operate more efficiently and cost-effectively. Preceding this merger, Kelley Create announced the acquisition of ABC Office Machines located in Grants Pass Oregon, which will provide customers with even more solutions and support for their office technology needs.
“We are thrilled that our organizations have come together as one,” said Aric Manion, Kelley Create President. “With CORE’s rich history in the area and great brand presence, CORE will continue to service the area under the same name and retain their local presence in the area. Customers will now just have more options for their office technology needs.”
